Canh cà chua bắp cải là món canh gia đình thanh đạm, đơn giản nhưng cực kì tốt cho sức khỏe. Những hôm cơ thể bứt rứt, nóng trong người thì món canh này cũng góp phần giúp bạn thanh nhiệt, cung cấp chất xơ cho hệ tiêu hóa.
Hành tây làm sạch, thái hạt lựu. Bắp cải tách từng bẹ, rửa sạch rồi thái sợi. Bắc nồi lên bếp, cho dầu olive cùng bơ lạt vào đun nóng, kế đó, bạn trút hành tây, hạt ngò vào xào thơm khoảng 4-5 phút.
Cho phần bắp cải vào. Cho phần sốt cà chua vào, nêm thêm muối rồi xào cho bắp cải hòa quyện với sốt cà chua. Cho nước dùng gà vào, đun sôi, khi hỗn hợp sôi thì bạn vặn nhỏ lửa, đun liu riu trong 20-25 phút. Nêm nếm lại gia vị cho phù hợp khẩu vị gia đình.
Cho canh ra tô và thưởng thức. Canh cà chua bắp cải là món ăn dễ làm, đơn giản, không đòi hỏi nhiều trong chế biến. Bí quyết nấu canh bắp cải cà chua thơm ngon chỉ với 2 nguyên liệu chính là bắp cải, cà chua, gia vị... là có thể thực hiện. Món này thích hợp trong những ngày nắng nóng.
