Lòng non xào cải chua là món ăn rất quen thuộc với người Việt ta với lòng non được làm sạch sẽ, không còn mùi hôi, dai ngon cùng với cải chua giòn sật, chua chua mang đến cảm giác ngon nhưng không ngán giúp bữa cơm cả nhà hấp dẫn ơn. Cách làm lòng non xào cải chua rất dễ, thử ngay nhé.
Để làm sạch lòng non, bạn dùng giấm, muối rửa thât sạch từ trong ra ngoài thật nhiều lần, nhớ cạo bỏ chất nhày có bên trong lòng non nha. Sau đó, cắt lòng non thành miếng vừa ăn rồi ướp với gia vị, hành tím băm nhỏ, để khoảng 10 phút cho thấm. Phi thơm hành tím với dầu ăn, rồi cho lòng non vào xào chín tới thì để ra chén riêng.
Dưa cải chua rửa qua nước vài lần để bớt độ chua, vắt ráo, cắt miếng vừa ăn. Rau răm, hành lá, thì là thái nhỏ. Tận dụng chảo xào lòng khi nãy, cho dầu ăn vào đun nóng rồi cho cải chua vào xào khoảng 5 phút. Sau đó cho lòng non vào xào cùng cải chua và để khoảng 5 phút thì nêm gia vị vừa ăn, rắc chút tiêu, hành và thì là, rau răm vào rồi tắt bếp.
Cho lòng non xào cải chua ra dĩa, thưởng thức ngon hơn khi dùng kèm cơm nóng hoặc làm món nhâm nhi trên bàn nhậu cũng ngon.
