Hoành thánh chiên nhân tôm thơm giòn, ngon miệng, chế biến đơn giản. Lớp ngoài giòn tan, trong ngon ngọt của thịt tôm thật lôi cuốn. Bạn có thể thay nhân tôm bằng nhân thịt nếu thích.
Củ năng gọt vỏ, cắt nhỏ hạt lựu. Hành lá rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ.
Trộn đều tôm với hành lá, củ năng, 4 muỗng cà phê gừng băm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối và muỗng cà phê dầu mè.
Tiếp theo, trải hoành thánh ra, cho hỗn hợp tôm vào giữa vỏ bánh. Dùng nước phết xung quanh các cạnh rồi gấp đôi 2 góc đối diện của vỏ bánh lại.
Dùng ít nước lọc gắn 2 đầu bánh lại cho chắc. Đun sôi 500ml dầu ăn, cho bánh vào chiên ngập trong dầu cho vàng giòn thì vớt ra, để ráo dầu.
Khuấy đều 3 muỗng canh nước tương, 2 muỗng cà phê giấm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường, 1 muỗng cà phê gừng băm và 2 muỗng cà phê tương ớt để làm nước chấm. Bày trí bánh ra đĩa và thưởng thức.
